Reverts Connect is a non-profit community organization that provides free and voluntary Islamic support services to new Muslims, including Quran reading classes, Salah lessons, mentorship, and access to Islamic resources. All services are offered in good faith and on a volunteer basis.

3. Bookings

• Booking a session reserves a time slot with a volunteer teacher. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet or a similar platform.
• You may cancel a booking at any time using the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email. Cancelled slots are returned to availability.
• Reverts Connect reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to teacher unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
• Please treat our teachers with respect. Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the platform.

4. User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading booking information.
• Book multiple slots with the intent to block availability for others.
• Harass, threaten, or disrespect volunteers, teachers, or staff.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Reverts Connect and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may link to third-party platforms such as Zeffy (for bookstore purchases) and Eventbrite (for events). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Reverts Connect does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any service at any time. All educational content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute formal religious rulings (fatwas).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reverts Connect and its volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
